|William Wilcox – Founder & Visionary
William, known as Bill was born in Bracknell in 1919 and showed an entrepreneurial flair from a young age. A natural born sales man his first job was a Hot & Cold Man which in those days was a tough sales job for a 15 year old.
|May Wilcox – The Backbone Behind the Business
Travelling from her home in Wales aged just 14 to Warfield, working in a large Manor House, May was always going to create a success of her life. Anyone who knew Wilcox Limousines credit May for her constant drive & determination creating the business into the success it is today.
|Peter Wilcox – Chairman
The eldest son, Peter joined the business in 1969, taking over as Chairman in 1975 as Bill retired.
Peter oversaw the finance, manufacture negotiations, administration and logistics before passing away in 2011.
|Paul Wilcox – Managing Director
Paul followed his brother’s footsteps joining in 1971 jointly taking over control with Peter.
Paul handles Sales & Marketing, New & Used Vehicles, Chairman of Eagle Specialist Vehicles, the coach building subsidiary.
|Louis Wilcox – Sales Director
Peter’s son and the eldest grandchild joined the business in 1991, on the funeral side. After seven years’ in funeral directing he moved into a sales role at Wilcox Limousines and subsequently became a Director in 2011. Louis handles Sales, Finance, Manufacturing Negotiations, Administration, Insurance and Logistics.
|Leila Wilcox – Head of Marketing & Business Development
Paul Wilcox’s daughter joined the company back in 2013 initially as a consultant helping to build a new website. This quickly materialised in Leila joining the company full time due to her previous experience of founding, running and selling her own businesses.Leila helps develop new markets and business, as well as handling all PR, Marketing and Advertising.
|Martin McClelland – Finance Director
Martin joined Wilcox Limousines in 1980 and soon after became Finance Director.
|Martyn Templett – General Manager/Director of Eagle
Joined Wilcox Limousines in 1978 as a 16 year old in parts and service. Worked his way up to Parts and Service Manager and then General Manager at Wilcox Limousines. In 1991 he moved to his present role of General Manager at Eagle.
|Ian Hughes – Production Director of Eagle
Joined Eagle in 1990 working in the Body shop, worked his way up to Body shop Manager and then in 1992 to his current role as Production Director.
|Rikki Dillon – Engineering Director of Eagle
Joined Eagle in 2003 when we set up the Northampton factory. Works between both Wigan and Northampton.
