E Turnbull & Son Ltd have just bought their seventh consecutive fleet from Wilcox Limousines. Since 1989 Turnbulls have purchased over 21 new Wilcox vehicles to date. Their last three fleets have been the Jaguar range, due to the high specification and reliability.
The funeral directors have been serving the North Shields community since 1790. John Turnbull started the business as a cabinet maker and undertaker on the quayside at North Shields. Three centuries later, Turnbulls is still a family firm with Mr Jim H Turnbull as the Managing Director.
When Jim decided to replace his existing Jaguar XJ Fleet he had no hesitation in ordering the latest aluminium Jaguar 5 Door Hearse and two 6 Door Limousines.
Our picture shows Jim Turnbull (Managing Director), Michael Lee (Funeral Manager) and staff members, standing alongside the new fleet delivered by Wilcox and Co (Limousines) Ltd.
Both the hearse and limousine are equipped to a high standard specification which includes stop/start technology, 8 speed automatic gearbox, satellite navigation, air suspension, day time front and rear LED lights, keyless start, Bluetooth® hands free phone system, air suspension, xenon lights, luxury leather, climate control, alloy wheels and heated front and rear windscreens.
The hearse offers one of the largest deck areas in the market. It also benefits from LED lighting both above and the sides of the coffin.
The matching limousine offers easy access and masses of leg room for the bereaved families, redefining what a luxury car is.
Wilcox Limousines wish Jim and his team every success with the new fleet and thank him for his continued business.
