Pictured are Trevor and Adrian Tomes of Harry Tomes Ltd, of Bournemouth taking delivery, from Paul Wilcox (CEO Wilcox limousines) of a new aluminium Jaguar XJ hearse and limousine. Andrew the third Tomes brother was taking the picture.
The new vehicles were created to Harry Tomes own individual specification, the colour of the cars, Pacific blue, is Tomes own individual colour there are no others this colour. Another individual requirement was the fitting of flag-staffs to the roofs of the vehicles, to enable them to fly a flag for the many funerals that they look after from the Salvation Army.
The Jaguars are the definitive luxury hearse and limousine. They are beautiful and exhilarating, offering space, refinement and technology. The most well-appointed hearse and limousine ever, the Jaguar XJ sets new standards in design, practicality and luxury.
Harry Tomes Ltd are an independent family funeral service; they are members of the NAFD. Founded by the late Harry G.B. Tomes over half a century ago assisted by his now late wife Phyllis. The business is now owned and run by their three sons; Trevor, Adrian and Andrew assisted by their Sister Wendy as their in house Florist, they believe in the old values of personal care and attention and giving their clients the very best service possible, hence the purchase of what they feel are the very ultimate in funeral vehicles.
Paul Wilcox and all the team at Wilcox and Eagle would like to thank the Tomes family for their repeated custom and wish well in the future.
